Resilient Smart City Program

We are pleased to announce that the Resilient Smart City Program will receive applicants for the next academic year starting in October 2024. The “Resilient Smart City Program” aims to enhance human resources to play an active role in cities’ resilience and environmental issues. The program provides high quality courses dealing with resilience against serious disasters including those which are intensified by climate change.

Qualification

  • Nationality: Applicants must have the nationality of a country that has diplomatic relations with Japan. 
  • Language: TOEFL iBT 72 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above, or other test scores which are equal to or above CEFR B2 level.
